It will not connect

Nine times out of ten this is the Tor network, not the market. Work down the list.

1. Ask Tor for a new circuit and try again.
2. Try another address. They all go to the same market.
3. Is the rest of your Tor browsing slow too? Then the network is busy. Give it a minute.
4. Make sure Tor Browser is up to date.

Only if both addresses fail for a few minutes while the rest of Tor works is a real outage likely. Keeping a small balance means even that is never a crisis.
